Terms of Service

1. Agreement to these terms

Dev App Deals ("Dev App Deals," "we," "us," or "our") is a directory of software and tools operated by DevNasCode, a sole proprietorship. By accessing or using our website at devappdeals.com (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (the "Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to create an account or submit content. By using the Service you represent that you meet this requirement and that any information you provide is accurate.

3. Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Listings and user content

"User Content" means anything you submit, including app listings, descriptions, screenshots, links, tags, and offers. You retain ownership of your User Content. By submitting it, you grant Dev App Deals a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, reproduce, and distribute that content for the purpose of operating and promoting the Service, including in newsletters, social posts, and search listings.

You represent and warrant that:

• You own or have the necessary rights to the User Content and the app it describes;
• Screenshots depict the actual application, not mock-ups, stock imagery, or another product;
• Your User Content does not infringe any third party's intellectual property, privacy, or other rights;
• Any offer, discount, or deal you advertise is genuine and will be honored as described.

5. Content standards

You agree not to submit content or use the Service in any way that:

• Is unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading;
• Contains malware, spyware, or links to malicious or deceptive websites;
• Infringes intellectual property or misappropriates another party's brand;
• Is spam, or is posted to manipulate rankings, reviews, or visibility;
• Contains sexually explicit, hateful, harassing, or violent material;
• Violates the privacy or publicity rights of others.

6. Moderation, editing, and removal

Listings are reviewed before they are published. We may, at our sole discretion and without notice, approve, reject, edit, pause, or remove any listing or account, and may decline to state a reason. We are not obligated to publish or keep any User Content live. Moderation does not make us the author of, or responsible for, User Content.

7. Free listings and paid upgrades

Basic listings are free. We may offer optional paid upgrades such as featured placement, newsletter inclusion, or promotional services. Fees, scope, and duration will be described at the point of purchase. Paid upgrades increase visibility but do not guarantee traffic, installs, sales, or any specific outcome. Except where required by law or expressly stated at purchase, fees are non-refundable. We may change our pricing and offerings at any time.

8. Intellectual property

The Service, including its design, branding, logos, text, and software, is owned by DevNasCode and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any right to use our name, logo, or branding without prior written permission. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

9. Third-party links

Listings and pages contain links to third-party websites and applications that we do not control. We are not responsible for the content, security, availability, or practices of any third party, and your use of them is at your own risk.

10. Disclaimers

The Service and all content are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that any listing is accurate, safe, or fit for your needs. You are responsible for evaluating any tool before using it.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DevNasCode and Dev App Deals will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or USD $100.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DevNasCode and Dev App Deals from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your User Content, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms or any law or third-party right.

13. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including ownership, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification) will survive.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Material changes may be communicated through the Service. Your continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

15. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in California for any dispute not subject to arbitration or small-claims resolution.
